Her approach is light-hearted and engaging but provides for an in-depth understanding of the topic. I received numerous compliments from the attendees, including our Director, on her presentation and message. We were very glad she could fit us into her schedule. And I am happy to recommend Jennifer to any organization to invite her to speak. Her message and style are both uplifting and powerful and very worthwhile.

Jennifer is a brilliant speaker on helping people with an introverted preference to excel as leaders.

Thank you *so much* for being my ALCTS President’s Program speaker at the American Library Association’s Annual Conference last week. You went above and beyond in customizing your remarks for our particular audience. Your talk was substantive, lively, and extraordinarily well-received by all of our attendees. You were so gracious about signing copies of your book afterwards, too. I saw you give personal attention to each and every individual in that long line! Compliments on the program continue to roll in. Thank you for being the highlight of this introvert’s year as President!

I truly enjoyed working with you. Thank you for inspiring introverts to make their voice heard and for reminding extroverts to stop and listen to what others have to say.

To continue our success with our training offerings we have requested Jennifer return for the past three years to deliver a key leadership program to our high potential employees at TEKsystems.
She consistently has received stellar ratings from the group. As the Learning Program Manager, I appreciate Jennifer’s ability to relate to our dynamic group of employees, our company culture and structure. She engages them through her diverse training delivery methods and unique situations that arise that are specific to TEKsystems. As a result, they leave with a wealth of knowledge and tangible action plans to immediately apply.

I have had the honor of working with Dr. Jennifer B. Kahnweiler a few times through different events she has helped run or facilitate. I find her to be a fantastic speaker who is full of positive energy and truly knows how to engage her audience. Her material is well thought out and organized for the audience to absorb and understand.

One action item that I took away from the session is to not be afraid to step outside of the comfort zone that I have created for myself as an introvert. I have found that when I am in new social settings, work environments, or other situations I sometimes use “I’m an introvert” as a crutch or excuse to not speak up, take action, introduce myself to someone new, etc. Your session helped me realize that even though I may have certain characteristics or tendencies, it’s also OK to surprise myself once in awhile, and it is my goal to do this as often as I can!

She was interactive, engaging and credible. The Extroverts in the room walked away was a deeper understanding of how to connect to Introverts in their organizations. The Introverts in the room walked away feeling good about themselves. Everyone received tools to use in their personal and professional lives. Thanks Jennifer!!

Dr. Jennifer Kahnweiler presented at a PMI (Project Manager Institute of Atlanta) forum, on “The Introverted Leader”. She was EXCELLENT. From the onset, she engaged the audience and kept them engaged throughout the presentation. She gave us many take-away tools to guide us through our daily team meetings and projects.. Her book: “The Introverted Leader: Building on Your Quiet Strength” is an inspiration to all. Nancy Berlin – on behalf of PMI Atlanta.

I personally recommend Jennifer Kahnweiler. She was a guest speaker at one of the corporate events we sponsor and delivered a keynote on “The Introverted Leader”. This was a great addition to our MBTI practice. Jennifer is thoughtful and entertaining and easy to work with. She customized the talk so it was relevant to her audience. I am looking forward to doing more work with Jennifer.
