This engaging and results-driven program is designed to empower introverted leaders and their allies. Based on our successful 20-20-20 presentation model, this dynamic session combines a keynote with new research, a heart to heart interview with a successful senior leader and a facilitated discussion. It transforms the traditional keynote into an interactive learning experience that resonates and sticks. 

The 20-20-20 Format:

🔹 First 20 Minutes – A TED Talk style, high-impact presentation by Jennifer, featuring stories, actionable tools, and the 4 P’s model of success. We highlight what introverts and extroverts each bring to the workplace, their challenges and offer customized strategies to foster an introvert-friendly environment.

🔹 Second 20 Minutes – A live interview with an introverted senior leader from your organization. Jennifer delves into their story, their accomplishments, leadership journey and lessons learned. She will help prepare them to share key insights that inspire and educate the audience. (This segment can also be recorded and shared as an internal podcast.)

🔹 Final 20 Minutes – A vibrant Q&A session where Jennifer and the guest leader respond to audience questions posed by the moderator. We relate the content back to the speech and interview. Each attendee commits to an action step and shares that in the chat.
